The 4x4 Handle is eloquently named for its eight INDEPENDANT rollers that measure in at 2.375" diameter; which if you're new to realm of grip is the diameter of the famed Thomas Inch.

Each independent roller has two bearings, giving a total bearing count of sixteen!

Constructed of 1/4" CNC cut steel with a padded notch for barbell work; rows, hangs, etc.

How you grip the 4x4 Handle is everything, and it will quickly show which fingers aren't pulling their weight!
