The Holle dumbbell was designed to train wrist and grip for the famous Thomas Inch Dumbbell. The unique offset design allows the dumbbell to simulate the roll that happens when trying to lift the Inch.

The Bully Inch Trainer is 24.5″ overall, with the same machined sleeves we feature on our Thicc Grip Dumbbells, that fit ANY plate on the market.
